Delivery Responsibilities and Policies

Delivery Scheduling

Daily Delivery: Delivered between 5 PM and 9 PM.
Next-Day Delivery: Delivered between 9 AM and 6 PM.
Self-Pickup: Orders placed before 12 PM will be ready for pickup between 5 PM and 8 PM on the same day.
Order one day in advance for deliveries within specific time ranges with an additional $25 top-up.

We reserve the right to use alternative delivery methods at our discretion without prior notice.

Recipient and Address Responsibility
The sender must ensure that the recipient is present at the delivery address on the scheduled day. If our courier is unable to locate the recipient after multiple attempts, or if the delivery details provided are incorrect (e.g., wrong address, contact information, or name), Petal & Blossom and our delivery partners will not be liable for failed deliveries.

Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Petal & Blossom cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including issues with our courier service.

Petal & Blossom Freshness Promise
We are committed to delivering only the freshest blooms. If the flowers you receive do not meet our freshness standards, we will provide a replacement of equal value at no additional cost. Please notify us immediately with images for verification.

Important:

No delivery to: Jurong Island, Tuas, Gul Road, Pioneer Road, Airport Passenger Terminals & Cargo Complexes, Selected Universities, Tertiary Institution Campuses and Sentosa

Redirection of Delivery
A S$20.00 surcharge apply for redirection or additional delivery attempts. If an arrangement is prepared but not delivered, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. No cancellations are allowed after a delivery attempt has been made.

Waiting Time Charges
Our drivers will wait up to 5 minutes free of charge. Beyond this, a S$2.00 fee will be charged for every 5 minutes or part thereof. This applies to delays caused by security clearances as well.

Holiday Deliveries
To ensure timely delivery during busy holiday periods, we recommend placing orders early. Specific delivery schedules and charges for holidays will be posted in advance.
