Petal & Blossom Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

At Petal & Blossom, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Every flower, foliage, and product we use is hand-picked, inspected, and conditioned to ensure the highest quality.

Please note: Due to the seasonality of flowers, we may need to substitute certain blooms with ones of equal or greater value while preserving the arrangement's overall aesthetic.

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange for their order under the following conditions:

  • For daily or next-day delivery orders, exchange requests must be submitted immediately after placing the order.
  • For advance orders, requests for exchanges must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

If you’re unsatisfied with your order, we’re here to help. We offer free replacements within 24 hours of purchase for most cases. Alternatively, you may choose store credit or a replacement product.

Return & Refund Guidelines

1.     Report Issues Promptly
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you encounter any issues. You can reach us at 9844 7200. If calling after business hours, leave a voicemail or WhatsApp us with your name, contact number and the defect product photo. Calls made after 3.30 PM on Thursday, Saturdays & Sunday will be returned the following day. 

       Operating Hours:

  • Mon to Wed & Fri: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Thurs, Sat & Sun: 10:00 AM – 5 PM

2.     Vase Life Variations
Some flowers naturally have a shorter lifespan than others. It’s normal for certain varieties to fade sooner.

3.     Product Photos and Assessment
A photo of the order may be required to evaluate the issue. In certain cases, we may arrange for a driver to collect the item to help us assess the problem.

4.     Original Packaging Required
Returns should be in the original packaging to be eligible for store credit or replacement.

5.     Delivery Fee Exclusions
If your order was delivered, the delivery fee will not be included in the refund. For example, on an $80 arrangement with a $20 delivery charge, the store credit refund would be $60.

6.     Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us immediately so we can arrange a prompt replacement.

7.     Return Shipping Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to product damage or defect.

If we are unable to fulfill all or part of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

To be eligible for returns or refunds, please report any issues immediately upon receiving your flowers. The flowers must remain in the same condition as when delivered. When submitting your report, kindly include your order number, several photos of the defective product, and the reason for your return or refund request. Please note, in all other circumstances, the recipient is responsible for the care of the flowers once they have been delivered.

We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Flowers, plants, fruits, sweets, gift products, or preserved items are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
  • Delivery fails due to the recipient being unavailable at the given address or refusing to accept the delivery.
  • Product quality issues caused by improper handling after delivery.
  • Cancellation or modification requests for orders made less than 48 hours before the delivery date.
  • Redirection of Delivery
    A S$20.00 surcharge apply for redirection or additional delivery attempts. If an arrangement is prepared but not delivered, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. No cancellations are allowed after a delivery attempt has been made.

If we are unable to fulfill all or part of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

Online refunds are issued through the same payment method used by the customer. Once processed, it typically takes 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
